IBM ECM FileNet along with IBM FileNet capture Professional has been implemented in Five core departments of EFU Life Assurance. Each departmental manual process are automated with IBM ECM tools and complete paper digitization is done using IBM Capture
Initially IBM ECM 4.5 was implemented at EFU Life, Later we have migrated/upgraded to IBM ECM FileNet 5.2.1 along with its complete data and processes.
