An online Bowser Management System is developed to manage and operate three (3) hydrants holding fifty (50) Bowser (s) to servers around 75,000 plus tax payers within the DHA premises on a daily basis.

The CBC medical services are located at two locations at present. The medical services deals with Entitled (Staff and residents) and Non-Entitled patients. A complete hospital management system is developed offering the following modules;
• Patient Registration and EMR
• IPD and OPD modules
• Laboratory Modules
• Inventory Management
• Pharmacy Management
• HR and Duty Roster
• Billing
The project also involves integration of laboratory reports (stored in an intermediate storage) to be linked up with the patient record. The system shall provide quick access of these details to the doctors on either of the CBC sites.
The complaint Management is published on the CBC web site in order to enable the residents to lodge and track complaints. The complaints can also be initiated by visiting the CBC complaint centers, via email or by telephone.
The postal correspondence between CBC and other external offices are captured by scanning and digitizing which is escalated to various departments within CBC. A complete workflow is implemented with full audit trail.
